Each piece is thoughtfully crafted to order with the utmost care and precision. Please review our shipping information below before placing your order.

Production Time

All of our jewellery is made to order.

  • Turnaround time: approximately 4 – 6 weeks 
  • This timeframe includes design finalisation, stone setting, polishing, and quality control 
  • Production times may vary slightly during peak periods or for highly customised designs 

You will receive a confirmation once your piece has completed production and is ready to ship. Shipping Method All orders are shipped via Australia Post. 

  • Domestic (Australia): Australia Post Express or Registered Post

Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch) Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and are separate from production time.

  • Australia: 1–4 business days  

Easterly Fine Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service From time to time, we may offer complimentary shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated.

Insurance & Responsibility

  • All parcels are shipped tracked and insured for peace of mind
  • Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to Australia Post
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as we cannot redirect parcels once shipped

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are determined by your local authorities.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • Easterly Fine Jewellery is not responsible for delays or fees incurred during customs clearance
